The tricycle (1) has a steering handle (6) arranged at a rear part of a frame (2), and a transmission system transmitting rotation of the steering handle to a front fork (4) supporting a front wheel (5). A handlebar (3) is assembled swiveling with respect to the fork, and a declutching system (8) integrates or disintegrates the handlebar with respect to the fork. The declutching system includes a mobile element (80) sliding between a locking position in which the handlebar is integrated to the fork, and an unlocking position in which the handlebar is free to rotate with respect to the fork.
