PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency of mounting a drain bolt, improve sealing performance, and prevent the looseness of the drain bolt due to electrolytic corrosion. SOLUTION: This drain bolt mounting structure 10 includes a bottomed hole 60 which is formed in an outer surface 12a of an oil pan 12 formed of a first metal material including magnesium, ranging from a drain discharge hole 52, and to part of a bottom face 60a of which an end 52a of the drain discharge hole 52 is opened, a female screw 62 formed on the inner peripheral face of the drain discharge hole 52, the drain bolt 64 having a shaft part 74 on which a male screw 72 is formed, and a head part 76, a pressed-in member 66 formed of a second metal material including aluminum whose standard electrode potential is higher than the standard electrode potential of the first metal material, having a through-hole (a first hole) 82, and adapted to be pressed into the bottomed hole 60 so that its outer peripheral face 66c tightly contacts an inner peripheral face 60b of the bottomed hole 60, and a crushed member 68 having a through-hole (a second hole) 86, and adapted to be crushed between the pressed-in member 66 and the head part 76.
