A hand held omnidirectional toy figure manipulator allowing an operator to manipulate a toy figure magnetically engaged to one of a skateboard or scooter. The device employs one or a plurality of actuators attached to the communicating control rods to thereby translate or move the arms, legs, torso, skateboard, or scooter in sports related motions to mimic spinning maneuvers made by actual riders of such skateboards and scooters. |
