PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring microscope that achieves accurate overall measurement by using an optical system lens such as a comparatively inexpensive and narrow-field telecentric lens. SOLUTION: The measuring microscope A is configured by installing a specimen imaging camera 2 with an optical system lens 5 mounted thereon in order to image a specimen B placed on a stage 1, and a periphery imaging camera 4 which captures an image including the periphery of the specimen B, and outputs an image captured by the specimen imaging camera 2 in an image captured by the periphery imaging camera 4.
