PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a reinforcement method and a reinforcing structure of a floor, in which the floor is constituted of an existing ALC panel that is very much deteriorated in its panel strength and reinforcement work is carried out, only from the upper side of the floor, in a short period. SOLUTION: A penetration hole 12 is made, vertically penetrating through a mortar 6 which is filled in the vertical joint portion 11, positioned above an H-shaped steel frame beam 3. A stud bolt 13, while being buried and erected, is fixed to the upper surface of the H-shaped steel frame beam 3 through the penetration hole 12, and a U-shaped fixing metal fitting 14 is fixed to the stud bolt 13. A reinforcing steel member 16 constituted into a flat lattice shape on the side surface of the fixing metal fitting 14, is supported and fixed to the H-shaped steel frame beam 3 across the adjacent H-shaped steel frame beam 3, thereby mounting the reinforcing steel member on the upper surface side of the existing ALC panel 2.
