PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a fixed barrel type tea processing machine by natural exhaust rapidly dries tea leaves by massive hot air, has an advantage of good drying efficiency, however, since tea leaves are easily surface dried due to rapid drying and kneading becomes deficient. SOLUTION: The exhaust regulator of tea processing machine is equipped with an exhaust regulation plate at the upper opening of a kneading/drying chamber of a fixed barrel type tea processing machine and slides the exhaust regulation plate by drive means to open and close the upper opening of the kneading chamber.
