PURPOSE: An angle adjusting and shock absorbing device of a connection bracket for a fence is provided to set vertical and horizontal rotation angles according to the set angles proper for the horizontal beam of a fence. CONSTITUTION: A connection bracket(30) has an open top, an insertion part(31) in which one end of a horizontal beam is inserted, a shock absorbing member(33) of an elastic material is attached to the inner side of the insertion part, a central part(32) which controls moving direction and rotation angle, and a fixing part(34) for fixing the horizontal beam to a fence post with screws.
