PURPOSE: A sliding type portable terminal is provided to prevent the exposure of wiring structure of a flexible printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A slide member(102d) is installed to one sided of a second housing. The slide member is slidingly moved on a first housing along a guide member. An opening for a wire is formed on the slide member. A slide cover(104) is slidingly installed on the slide member. The slide cover opens and closes the opening for the wire.
