PURPOSE: A producing method of rice wrapped in greens is provided to surround the outer surface of the steamed and seasoned rice with the steamed or boiled greens for extending the distribution period of the rice wrapped in the greens. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice wrapped in greens comprises the following steps: steaming or boiling greens; chopping various food ingredients before roasting, and adding the chopped food ingredients into the rice for obtaining the seasoned rice; molding the rice into the constant size; wrapping the rice with the greens; vacuum packing the rice wrapped in the greens; and rapidly freezing the packed rice at -60~-70deg C.
