PURPOSE: Kimchi using Chinese radish and bulbs, and producing method thereof are provided to insert the Chinese radish or the bulbs inside layers of Chinese cabbage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi using Chinese radish and bulbs comprises the following steps: cutting Chinese cabbage into 2~4 portions; salting the cut Chinese cabbage; cutting the Chinese radish and the bulbs; inserting water, glutinous rice flour, and salt into a pot, and boiling before cooling to obtain glutinous rice glue; mixing red pepper powder, anchovy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, the glutinous rice glue, and chive to obtain fillings; washing the salted Chinese cabbage, and removing the moisture; inserting the fillings in between leaves of the salted Chinese cabbage, and inserting the cut Chinese radish and bulbs; and aging the obtained kimchi. |
