PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic agent wherein coloring of a formulation is suppressed and pH is stabilized in the ophthalmic agent including ketotifen fumarate formulated with dipotassium glycyrrhizate. SOLUTION: The ophthalmic agent is obtained by including boric acid and a sugar alcohol selected from among mannitol, sorbitol or xylitol in an amount of 1.0-5.0 wt./vol.% based on the whole ophthalmic agent in a system of the ketotifen fumarate formulated with the dipotassium glycyrrhizate.
