PURPOSE: A reproduced mobile terminal detecting method, mobile terminal using the same, and mobile communication system are provided to accurately detect a reproduced mobile communication terminal without specific equipment. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(100) transmits determined present location information to a mobile communication system(200). The mobile communication terminal calculates the moving speed of the mobile communication terminal through received location information and time information. In case the calculated moving speed is greater than critical speed, the mobile communication terminal determines that the mobile communication terminal is as a reproduced terminal.
