TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS FOR CONCRETE SHELL FORMATION

The invention is related to building ceiling and roof constructions. It is possible to put in use for prefabricated and monolithic concrete and fiberconcrete shells production and building. Substance of the invention is the following: concrete or fiberconcrete mix is spread out and smoothed down on the flat surface of non-inflated pneumatic mould; mould is inflated by air before concrete binding, till it will shape the final size; during concrete hardening the air pressure in pneumatic mould is kept constant; after the concrete has been come hard, air in the pneumatic mould is blown out and the shell is demolded. With the goal to reinforce the shell's internal layers, the reinforcing fiber net or fabric of flexible material is placed into the mould before the concreting. For reinforcing of shell external layers (after concrete mix has beenplaced into the mould and it has been spread out) fresh concrete surface is covered with the reinforcing fiber net of flexible material which is pressed into concrete surface layer.
