PURPOSE: A high performance concrete manhole cover is provided to reduce noise compared with a steel manhole cover and to remarkably improve durability by preventing corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A high performance concrete manhole cover(1) comprises a lower shape member(3) and a Ultra High Performance Concrete plate member(2). The lower shape member is formed in a disk shape and is filled with UHPC. The lower shape member is composed of a vertical part(31) and a bottom part(32). The vertical part is formed in the edge of the lower shape member. The bottom part is formed in the inner side of the vertical part. The UHPC plate member is integrally formed inside the lower shape member and is filled with UHPC.
