<p>PURPOSE: A graphene sheet, a graphene material including thereof, and a producing method of the graphene sheet are provided to effectively produce the graphene sheet with the few numbers of wrinkles. CONSTITUTION: A graphene sheet is formed with polycyclic aromatic molecules, and has less than 10 wrinkles per 1,000square micrometers. The area of the graphene sheet is greater than 1square millimeter. The existence range graphene inside the graphene sheet is greater than 99% per 1square millimeter. The graphene sheet has a cubic shape with 1~10layers of the graphene. A graphene material includes a substrate, and the graphene sheet combined with the substrate.</p> |
