<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar support device, assisting a user in keeping his/her forward leaning posture. <P>SOLUTION: This lumbar support device includes: a back frame 14 mounted to the back of the user and movable to follow the forward leaning of the user; shoulder belts 22 mounted to a back mounting section, extended to the front side of the trunk of the user, and supporting the front side of the trunk of the user; thigh plates 18 mounted to the front portions of the legs of the user; connection frames 20 each having one end connected to a thigh plate 18 and the other end connected to the back frame 14 by a joint section 16 so as to be movable relative to the back frame 14, the connection frames 20 maintaining an unbent shape when moved relative to the back frame 14; and an actuator 40 which, when operated, stops the leaning of the back frame 14 to the front of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
