<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily carry out works adjusting a protrusion length of a grounding side arc horn from the lower end of a horn support metal fitting 33 or measuring a horn interval, and, enable to have the grounding side arc horn shorter than before, in a grounding side arc horn device equipped with a horn support metal fitting 33 extended downward from coupling metal fittings 17 coupling strain insulator series 13 with a steel tower arm 11 and the grounding side arc horn 35 mounted on the horn support metal fitting 33 in free adjustment in an up-and-down direction. <P>SOLUTION: By making a mounting angle of the grounding side arc horn 35 on the horn support metal fitting adjustable within a vertical plane of the strain insulator series 13 in an axis direction, a position of the lower end of the grounding side arc horn 35 can be freely adjusted in a direction of the strain insulator series.
