FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed beet pump comprises housing 1 with branch pipes 2 and 3, impeller fitted in cantilever on shaft 4 and made up of front and rear plates 6, 7 and vanes 8. Inner surfaces of housing 1 and impeller are coated with elastic material. Vane 8 is made from composite material comprising rubberised-fabric envelopment 9 and composite carcass consisting of main stiff section 10 and flexible root 11. Said envelopment 9 uniformly covers the entire volume of composite carcass. Envelopment 9 of root 11 coated with elastic material 12 is provided with curved grooves converging to exit of vane 8. Inner surface of branch pipe 3 has curved grooves with their tangential lines directed clockwise while those on root 11 on envelopment 9 are directed counter clockwise. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption thanks to maintenance of normalised drag in pressure branch pipe and elimination of dirt sticking. ^ 3 dwg |
