PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge electrode which has a high wearing-resistance to corona-discharge and can generate corona-discharge stably and for a long period, and is cost-saving. SOLUTION: The discharge electrode is provided with a rod-shaped base material and a needle-shaped discharging part arranged in separation on a long-side end part of the rod-shaped base material, and the needle-shaped discharging part is formed of nickel, Inconel 600 or Monel-metal.
