PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional following problems:in moving a virtual file server, performance of a computer and LU performance in a storage used by the computer cannot be balanced, and therefore, improvement in storage consolidation rate in accordance with improvement in server consolidation rate cannot be expected, thus decreasing the consolidation rate of the entire system. SOLUTION: The configuration information is acquired from the computer and a storage device. The IO load of a physical computer in which a virtual computer to be moved runs is calculated.
