PURPOSE: A vehicle ventilation system using R1234y f refrigerant is provided to increase the inside spatial utilization of an engine room and to improve heat transfer performance. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle ventilation system using R1234y f refrigerant comprises an inner heat exchanger(100). The internal heat exchanger performs the heat exchange between the refrigerant, flowing from a condenser(3) to an expansion valve, and the refrigerant, flowing from an evaporator(1) to a compressor(2). The internal heat exchanger makes the values of flow path areas of the fluid flowing from the condenser and evaporator in the range of 1.5 or 1.9. The internal heat exchanger adheres closely to the evaporator or expansion valve.
