The system has drilling foot (10) consisting of a body applied on a material to be drilled, where the drilling foot comprises a traversing cavity which extends along drilling axis to receive a drilling tool (4) assembled on a drill (1) i.e. compressed-air drill. An air suction unit (5) is connected to the drilling foot to create a depression in the cavity and to carry drilling waste. The air suction unit is connected to an air filtration unit (8) e.g. folded paper filter. The drilling foot is formed with a flat support face (15) applied to material to be drilled.
