<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information device or the like that displays information to be expressed in a hierarchical structure, using a user-friendly user interface. <P>SOLUTION: A database managing information classified into hierarchical categories is referred, to present the content to be displayed corresponding to conditions designated by a user operation, on a user interface where a display area of a predetermined size is divided into different display areas for different hierarchies by a nesting structure of a plurality of plane figures corresponding to the number of the hierarchies and the information classified into the hierarchical categories is deployed from the center to the outside of the display areas divided. A new content to be displayed is positioned in the outermost first display area of the divided display areas. The category matching the designated conditions is positioned in a second display area inscribed to the first display area, and part of the displayed content is not displayed according to the conditions designated by the user operation, whereby the display area of the predetermined size is secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
