PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary relief printing machine which can obtain successful ghost-free printed matter and can easily adjust a contact pressure during replacing a plate cylinder. SOLUTION: Only one piece of inking roller 3 is provided for supplying an ink to the plate cylinder 4 wherein the outside diameter of the inking roller 3 is larger than the outside diameter of the plate cylinder 4. In addition, a plurality of ink supply rollers 2 are arranged around the inking roller 3, so that a sufficient amount of ink can be supplied to the inking roller 3 from each of the ink supply rollers 2. Thus, an ink film with a uniform thickness can be always formed on the outer circumference of the inking roller 3. As described above, since only one piece of the inking roller 3 is provided, when the plate cylinder 4 is replaced with one of a different diameter, the plate cylinder 4 is made only to be brought into contact with the inking roller 3 and an impression cylinder 6, so that, an adjustment work is made easier than the case when the ink supply device includes a plurality of the inking rollers 3.
