PURPOSE: A measurement device with a gyro sensor and a level sensor for roll-alignment and a roll-alignment measuring method using the same are provided to enable the rapid alignment of parallelization and slope between rolls by the generation of signals. CONSTITUTION: A measurement device with a gyro sensor and a level sensor for roll-alignment comprises a housing(100), a sensor unit, and a controller. A display unit(110) is formed on one side of the housing. The sensor unit comprises a gyro sensor(210), a first level sensor(220), and a second level sensor(230). The gyro sensor is installed inside a housing to measure parallelization between multiple rolls. The first level sensor measures the slope of the roll on a horizontal plane. The second level sensor measures the slope of the roll that is vertical to the slope of the roll measured by the first level sensor. The controller connects to the sensor unit and the display unit.
