FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: metering device-mixer consists of hopper mounted vertically and divided into sectors with gates. One of the gates is rigidly fixed, while others perform angular motions relative to the stationary gate; they are fixed in required position with screws. Further, the metering device-mixer consists of a collar, mounted telescopic on a lower end of the hopper, of a disk with diametre exceeding diametre of the collar, positioned below it and rigidly fixed relative to the hopper, of a driven shaft, of scrapers interacting with the disk and rigidly tied with the driven shaft, and of a main funnel with diametre exceeding diametre of the disk. The funnel is located under the disk and has openings on a bell. Under a neck of the funnel there is positioned a diffuser. Also, the metering device-mixer has an additional funnel rigidly connected to the main funnel and located under the latter. According to the invention the diffuser made in form of radial blades is equipped with an independent drive. Spiral guides, direction of winding of which is opposite to direction of diffuser rotation, are installed in the neck of the additional funnel. ^ EFFECT: upgraded quality of mixtures. ^ 5 dwg |
