PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize the efficiency of the light emitting layer by differently forming the thickness of the pixel electrode of red, green, and blue light emitting areas. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) comprises a red light emitting area(a), a green light emitting area(b), and blue light emitting area(c). A red pixel electrode(10) comprises a first layer(101a), a second layer(103a), and a third layer(104a) on the red light emitting area. A green pixel electrode(20) comprises the first layer and the second layer on the green light emitting layer.
