<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system for sewage, capable of reducing the initial cost of a device, improving an organic matter decomposition performance in an aerobic reactor, and removing nitrogen. <P>SOLUTION: The water treatment system for sewage includes an upward flow type anaerobic reactor 11 for making organic waste water flow from the lower part to the upper part, and spiral aerobic treatment piping 12 wound around on the outer side of the anaerobic reactor 11, and is configured such that the flow-out water from the upper part of the anaerobic reactor 11 flows from the upper part to the lower part by natural flow-down through the aerobic treatment piping 12.
