COMPOSITION FOR DIAGNOSIS USING ALTERED EXPRESSION OF FOXO4-MEDIATED ANXA8 IN CHOLANIOCARCINOMA

PURPOSE: A composition for diagnosing cancer cells using the expression level change of a FOXO4 transcription factor gene(ANXA8) in human cholangiocellular cancer is provided to suppress metastasis and the invasion of cholangiocellular cancer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing cholangiocarcinoma or biliary tract cancer contains protein expressed by FOXO4 transcription factor gene(ANXA8). A composition for determining a prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma or biliary tract cancer contains a protein expressed from ANXA8. The composition also contains a sense or antisense primer of ANXA8. A method for diagnosing the differentiation of cholangiocellular cancer comprises tissue staining, ELISA, radioimmunoassay(RIA), PCR, or a protein chip method.
