<p>PURPOSE: A steel sheet having an excellent surface quality and a method of producing the same are provided to increase the processing ability of a final cold-rolled product by enhancing the surface property of IF steel for vehicle steel. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet having an excellent surface quality consists of C of 0.001-0.005%, N of 0.001-0.005%, S of 0-0.01%, Mn of 0-0.20%, P of 0-0.02%, Al of 0.01-0.06%, Ti of 0.02-0.07%, Nb of 0.01-0.05%, Mo of 0.01-0.03%, V of 0.01-0.03%, Fe and other inevitable impurities. The steel sheet has elongation of 50% or more and an r-value of 2.30 or greater. Alternatively, a steel sheet, which consists of C of 0.001-0.005%, N of 0.001-0.005%, S of 0-0.01%, Mn of 0-0.20%, P of 0-0.02%, Al of 0.01-0.06%, Ti of 0.02-0.07%, Nb of 0.01-0.05%, Mo of 0.01-0.03%, V of 0.01-0.03%, Fe and other inevitable impurities, is re-heated, is hot-rolled at a temperature of Ar 3-800°C, and then is wound after a given period at a temperature of 700-800°C.</p> |
