PURPOSE: A constant flow rate valve is provided to precisely and rapidly control pressure and to improve convenience by simply measuring the pressure in a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. CONSTITUTION: A constant flow valve comprises a valve body(100), an opening and closing valve unit, a constant flow control valve unit, a diaphragm(400), an elastic member(308), and a supply hole. The diaphragm is coupled to a stem(306) of the constant flow control valve unit and divides the lower space of the valve body into first and second pressure flow chambers. The elastic member elastically supports the diaphragm, the stem, and the valve body. One end of the supply hole is connected to an inlet(110), and the other end is connected to the first pressure flow chamber.
