<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload of a manager when security is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: An information device is provided with a memory area with access control set thereto to limit users to access, and can be connected to a network. In response to a mode change operation for enhancing security, the information device discriminates whether or not, for data stored in the memory area, one of access control set to the data, access control set to the memory area, and information for user authentication registered in advance for a user who has stored the data meets security requirements after enhancement and, when there is data not meeting any security requirements, transmits via the network a message which prompts the user who has stored the data into the memory area or set the access control of the memory area, to execute an operation for satisfying the security requirements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
