<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inverter driver which contributes to high efficiency of a system by reducing a recovery current generated during reverse recovery, and a recovery loss incident to the recovery current. <P>SOLUTION: In the inverter driver 2 having single-sided arms 3a-3c equipped with switching elements 4a-4c, and free wheel diodes 5a-5c connected in parallel with the switching elements 4a-4c, transformers 6a-6c which connect the switching elements 4a-4c in parallel with the secondary winding, and transformer drive circuits 11a-11c which control current supply to the primary winding of the transformers 6a-6c are provided in one arm of a pair of arms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
