PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal action to electronic equipment having a peripheral section for carrying out a predetermined processing based on a control command transmitted by a main control section. SOLUTION: A main control board 310 generates operation values for specifying a synchronous code, an action code, and the kind of packet information, generated by using the packet information selected based on the number of divisions and transmits these data to a peripheral board 320. The peripheral board 320 carries out a predetermined operation to the operation value, specifies the kind of the packet information which is an original of the synchronous code based on the number of the expected value when the operation result matches the expected value, and authenticates the action order of the main control board 310 using the synchronous code and the relative time code. The peripheral board 320 authenticates the control command transmitted by the main control board 310 and carries out the processing based on the control command when the authentication of both the synchronous code and the relative time code is established.
