<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate detachment of a member, and to prevent a steel pipe from tilting, even when receiving a strong wind. <P>SOLUTION: Characteristically, this structure for holding the pair of steel pipes 20 in the welding and connection of the pair of steel pipes 20 arranged in upper and lower positions includes: a plurality of pairs of brackets 21 which are attached at intervals in the corresponding positions of the connecting ends of the pair of steel pipes 20; a first temporary fixing implement 60 which is made of an extensible member capable of fixing its length, which is interposed between the plurality of pair of brackets 21, and which has its length fixed, in the state of being extended to make both ends abut on the pair of brackets 21; and a second temporary fixing implement 70 which restrains the plurality of pairs of brackets 21 from being separated from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
