A method for the early complex postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with colon cancer provides for physiotherapy and therapeutic exercises in the setting of the medicamentous therapy. Psychological correction is provided pre- and postoperatively. Physical exercises and vibromassage for bed patients start since the second postoperative day. On Day 2-3 postoperatively, urinary catheter and nasointestinal probe are removed. On Day 3-4, the drainages from the abdominal cavity are removed. The early mobilization of the patient is provided started from the second day. Namely, the patient is kept in sitting position in the bed for 10-15 min. Early enteral feeding with liquid mixtures, phytoteas and mineral water is also provided. Starting from Day 4-5, the sparing walk is allowed 1-2 times a day, for 20-. |
