PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication base station antenna for achieving space division multiple access, without significantly increasing the installation exclusive area of the mobile communication base station antenna used hitherto. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication base station antenna has a plurality of array antennas 101, 102, with each of the array antennas having an antenna element pair array, including a plurality of antenna element pairs 11 arranged in a vertical plane, each of the antenna element pairs has two antenna elements 12, 13 having polarization characteristics orthogonal to each other; two feeding points are provided for feeding electric power to the two antenna elements 12, 13 respectively; the plurality of array antennas 101, 102 are arranged in a vertical plane, and the antenna element pair 11 included in one of the array antennas and the antenna element pair 11 included in the other of the array antennas are arranged alternately, at least in a part between the array antennas adjacent to each other.
