PURPOSE:To prepare the subject bottled liquor containing a fruit having a size too large to be inserted into the bottle through its narrow mouth by inserting a young fruit grown at the tip of a branch of a plant into a transparent narrow-mouthed bottle together with the branch and continuing the growth of the fruit in the bottle. CONSTITUTION:A young fruit or a pollinated flower on the tip of a branch of a plant is inserted together with the branch into a transparent narrow- mouthed bottle and the bottle is fixed e.g. by fastening to a thick branch near the fruit. When the fruit is spontaneously ripened in the transparent narrow- mouthed bottle, the branch out of the bottle is cut to leave the fruit in the bottle. Finally, the transparent narrow-mouthed bottle containing the fruit is filled with liquor. Preferably, the gap at the mouth of the bottle is covered and fixed with a fine-meshed perforated plastic film to prevent the intrusion of rain water and vermin, etc., into the bottle while allowing the ventilation through the mouth. |
