PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation of a turbocharger, in which an inner housing is disposed in a turbine housing so as to surround a turbine wheel and the turbine housing is attached to the inner hosing, due to heat of exhaust gas by enhancing the rigidity thereof. SOLUTION: A plurality of exhaust gas introduction ports 15 extending in a circumference direction of a rotor shaft 6 are formed on the inner housing 11 with a column part 16 put therebetween in the turbocharger. The inner housing 11 and a bearing housing 4 are assembled along a circumference direction of a flange 13 formed in an outer circumference part of the inner housing 11 by fastening bolts 21 to a plurality of bolt holes through spacers 20. The spacers 20 are located between one and another of each section of the flange 13 corresponding to the adjacent column part 16 respectively in the circumference direction of the rotor shaft 6 of the column part 16, and are disposed in an arc shape along the circumference direction of the rotor shaft 6.
