PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit, apparatus and method for signal relay, in which a circuit malfunction can be prevented.SOLUTION: The signal relay circuit includes: a differential signal reception circuit 41 that generates a differential signal based on a voltage difference between two input signals; a voltage difference detection circuit 42 that detects the existence or non-existence of a voltage difference between the two input signals inputted to the differential signal reception circuit 41; and a differential signal output circuit 43 that outputs a signal including a predetermined value if the voltage difference is not detected by the voltage difference detection circuit 42, and outputs the differential signal generated by the differential signal reception circuit 41 if the voltage difference is detected by the voltage difference detection circuit 42.
