WATER-SOLUBLE PREPARATION COMPRISING eMIP AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous preparation comprising eMIP, a derivative of MIP-1α (macrophage inflammatory protein 1α) having immunopotentiation activity and a stabilizer.SOLUTION: It is found that eMIP degradation is suppressed by addition of at least one or more additives selected from sodium chloride, L-histidine, L-arginine, L-arginine hydrochloride, L-lysine hydrochloride, citric acid, and sodium edetate (EDTA). A phosphate buffer of pH 5 to pH 7 is a preferable pH adjuster for the water-soluble eMIP preparation.
