PURPOSE: A color panel for architecture and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance non-flammable, insulating, sound absorbing and sound blocking performance since fiber glass mat is strongly bonded to fiber glass fabric. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a color panel for architecture is as follows. The horizontal planarity of a color steel plate(2) from a uncoiler is maintained by a leveler. After a desired uneven shape is formed, liquefied epoxy resin adhesive is rolling-coated on the inner surface of the color steel plate. The coated adhesive is half-dried on a drying furnace and is supplied to a pressure unit. Fiber glass fabric(6) is supplied to a heat pressure roller and the bonding member of fiber glass mat(4) and fiber glass fabric is obtained by the melting and the heat pressure of a thermoplastics layer. The bonding member passes through a roll shaper and has the same uneven shape to the color steel sheet. |
