PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely align bubble parts when the bubble surfaces of a bubble sheet are bonded together. SOLUTION: The bubble sheet 10 made of a synthetic resin obtained by bonding an uneven sheet 13 and a flat sheet 14, in which a large number of bubble parts 11 with gas sealed and plane parts 12 surrounded by the bubble parts 11 are formed, is half-folded in a bending part 15 to make surfaces formed with the bubble parts (11) face each other. The half-folded bubble sheet 10 made of the synthetic resin is pressed from both outsides, the pressed bubble sheet 10 made of the synthetic resin is heated at a temperature of at least the melting point of the synthetic resin, and the facing surfaces of the half-folded bubble sheet 10 made of the synthetic resin are fusion-bonded to each other.
