RECEIVING STATION, TRANSMITTING STATION, MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF ASSIGNING FREQUENCY BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput of a mobile communication system.

SOLUTION: A receiving station includes: a reception channel state measurement section for measuring an average reception channel state of frequency bands and a reception channel state for each frequency block where a frequency band is divided; a control information generation section for generating control information indicating the reception channel state of which the transmitting station should be notified based on the reception channel state; and a notification section for notifying the transmitting station of the control information generated by the control information generation section. The control information generation section generates the control information including an average reception channel state of frequency bands measured by the reception channel state measurement section and a difference between the average and the reception channel of each frequency block.
