<p>The method involves radiating a solar cell or a solar module with light from a light source e.g. diode array. A subset of measurement of open circuit voltage (Uoc) at a light intensity is evaluated with respect to identification of pseudo-current-voltage characteristics for light intensities. A preset value, which is obtained by using a pseudo-current-voltage characteristics and a series resistance, is corrected for obtaining current-voltage characteristics (4) and/or characteristic parameters for lighting intensity. The characteristic parameters are selected from the group consisting of short circuit current, short circuit current density, open circuit voltage, fill factor, efficiency, current, current density and voltage at a point of maximum power output. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining pale-light characteristics of a solar cell or solar module.</p> |
