PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor structure having more improved heat radiation characteristics than conventional structure, and to provide a method of manufacturing the reactor structure. SOLUTION: The reactor structure 1, where a reactor 10, a case 90, and resin 80 are in one piece, is manufactured by filling the thermosetting resin 80 into the case 90 while the reactor 10 having a coil and a core into which the coil is inserted is stored in the case 90 and hardening the resin 80. In this case, when hardening the resin 80 filled into the case 90, a temperature gradient in which temperature of a bottom face side of the case 90 becomes higher than that of an opening side is formed so that the resin 80 at the bottom face side is hardened faster than the resin 80 at the opening side. The reactor structure 1 manufactured by the manufacturing method hardly generates cracks in the resin 80 after the hardening near an inner-periphery surface of the case 90 and hence has improved heat radiation characteristics.
