PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing cannabinoid derivative for preventing cancer and diseases by angiogenesis is provided to suppress angiogenesis and cancer cell proliferation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases caused by angiogenesis contains cannabinoid derivative of chemical formula 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are hydrogen, alkyl carbonyl of C1-C10 or alkyl of C1-C10. Cannabinoid derivative is a compound of chemical formula 2 or 3. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating cancer contains cannabinoid derivative of chemical formula 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
