PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wig application liquid suppressing stickiness in an adhesion part of a wig even if there is secretion such as perspiration, and consequently, suppressing a decrease in wig fixing force to stabilize the wig fixing condition, and free from the trouble of washing or the like. SOLUTION: The wig application liquid is an aqueous solution obtained by mixing a first aqueous solution containing 0.8-0.9 wt.% of titanium dioxide (TiO<SB>2</SB>) and peroxotitanic acid (Ti<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>(OH)<SB>2</SB>), and a second aqueous solution containing 0.8-0.9 wt.% of dimethyl ether (C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>6</SB>O).
