The present invention refers to an aesthetic medicine apparatus for the concomitant application of minimally ablative radiofrequency (RF) and resorbable filling solutions, for the treatment of wrinkles or other skin ageing signs. In fact, the apparatus subject- matter of the present invention is configured for subjecting the patient to a concomitant application of radiofrequency and filler. Thus, it is concomitantly carried out a very fine RF ablation of cutaneous tissue, a destruction of a volume of tissue in a controlled and reproducible manner, and a thermal stimulation capable of creating a fibrotic channel in which the filler is deposited in a stable manner.
