PURPOSE: A manual medical sucking and discharging device is provided, which can overcome the limit of the capacity and prevent leaking of foreign material within an elastic container. CONSTITUTION: A manual medical sucking and discharging device comprises: an elastic container(33) which is equipped with an opening for inhaling or discharging foreign material by pressure change in expansion and contraction and has elasticity; a connector connected to the opening of the elastic container; an inlet for interlinking the suction tube inhaling the foreign material; a sucking and discharging pipe(35) which moves foreign material.
